We contacted Drew from IT Solutions Group to fix an issue we were having with our emails. We could not figure out why some of our emails were not coming through. As Drew explained the emails had been bouncing due to an issue in our server.
After months of not be able to fix the problem ourselves the issue was fixed within a few hours. Drew also mentioned that we did not have very tight security on our business computers and we could easily be hacked and lose our work, not to mention be open to law suits if our clients were hacked as a result.
We also found that our internal process for our remote workers was not very efficient Drew was able to help us streamline our processes saving us $$$$. I would not hesitant in recommending IT Solutions Group to any organisation. We call them regularly and they are always happy to save the day.
